As a nurse and soon-to-be pediatric nurse practitioner, I have seen broken families first hand. I’ve always wanted to become involved in the foster care system or with women’s and children’s resources to support these families but I’ve never been able to dedicate that kind of time. I’m hoping this will be a small way I can provide support, even if it’s only to one family.
