To certify as a mentor for Hand in Hand Family Mentorship, all mentors are required to complete the following steps:

1. Fill out online Mentor Application

We need contact information, a photo, and some biographical information from you.

2. Submit a non-relative reference letter

As part of the application process, we need one reference letter from a non-relative. Please click the link below to send a request to your contact.

3. Submit Confidentiality and Code of Ethics Agreement

All mentors need to submit a Confidentiality and Code of Ethics Agreement before they begin mentoring.

Once we have received the completed application, background check, and your reference letter, we will contact you to set up a Zoom interview.
