Through many life experiences and recently leaving a position of full time employment that was very unfulfilling, I have been doing some soul searching and realize that my purpose is to help others. I did not know what that would look like, but when I saw your ad with Volunteer Match, it struck a chord. Many years ago I was a Big Sister with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and it changed my life. I still keep in touch with my “Little” who now has a family of her own.
