Ayden seems to be doing well. He's gotten a new job at 5 Guys, working in the french fry section.
What are their needs?
I think in general, just motivation and a greater feeling of purpose.
What skills do they need to develop?
Ayden is interested in developing cybersecurity skills, though he realizes this is a longer term commitment.
What changes are they trying to make?
What concerns do you have?
Just a general concern of commitment to one thing long enough to make it meaningful or accomplishable.
What community resources/classes would be most beneficial to them?
Maybe some classes on computers or a workshop on cybersecurity that could wet his whistle so to speak.

How can we be a support to you?
We did have a positive experience when we went for ice cream. He was questioning his purpose at his new job, and I tried to help him expand his perspective on how it's not really about WHAT he is doing for his job, but it is about the people that he is serving. We talked about the difference between making Connections vs. Transactions with people every day. I challenged him to make connections with some of the customers he encounters. I also sent him a great uplifting video from YouTube called Validated. He really enjoyed it!
