How is your family mentee doing?
Her father just passed away from suicide so she’s definitely going through a hard time right now.
What are their needs?
What skills do they need to develop?
She still in high school and she said everything is well.
What changes are they trying to make?
Graduating from high school and being a good mom.
What concerns do you have?
Definitely just sadness from the loss of her dad. I also know that she doesn’t have a good relationship relationship with her mother because her mom has bad mental health. But she lives with her grandparents and from what I know they seem stable.
