How is your family mentee doing?

Amazing. She is now in school with all A, she has bought a car, doing 2 overnight visits. She has done all that has been asked.

What are their needs?

She would like to move out, but right now that is tough. Maybe some Christmas gifts for her.

What skills do they need to develop?

Feeling better about herself. She is overweight and just had a rough childhood, so just that you are doing great/good is important. Just to feel good about herself

What changes are they trying to make?

To get to know herself, be more positive about herself. Not a lot of positive peeps in her life.

What concerns do you have?

None as of right now. We text and get together. She is very open with me and is doing amazing

What community resources/classes would be most beneficial to them?

She is doing or done a lot so not sure on that

How can we be a support to you?

She is amazing. She had her son for his 3 days and he got ill. She sent him back early because Sundee wanted him to be comfortable in a surrounding he was used to. So he could get good rest. Her relationship with the foster mom rocks.
