How is your family mentee doing?

Marlo is currently trying to get her son back. He is living with his father. She has a restraining order placed in her. I helped her fill out paperwork to get help financially with her divorce from his father. She has a place to live and mentioned wanting to get her son some clothes and toys even though she doesn't have custody of her son at this time.

What are their needs?

She needs to find a job.

What skills do they need to develop?

She need help developing her parenting. She also need help balancing her life with the needs of her son, she struggles to play with him and she also struggles to keep her home clean and safe.

What changes are they trying to make?

She is currently trying to get her son back.

What concerns do you have?

I'm concerned that she wants her son back so that she can qualify for government services.

What community resources/classes would be most beneficial to them?

Parenting with love and house keeping

How can we be a support to you?

I was very thankful she found a home to live in. She was in hail then living in her car.
